RAYN is a research-led social agency and creative collective born in the West, working with the world.
Our approach to social media is rooted in a simple belief: what makes your brand worth following is already there. It just hasn't had the right conditions to grow.
We've spent over a decade at the forefront of social media, one of us in New York City, deep in audience research and deeper in TikTok’s insights, and the other in Ireland, working with the country's top creators and the brands queuing up to partner with them. Then, reunited in the wettest corner of the country, we started a company named after the weather. (And, fine, after ourselves.)
But RAYN is bigger than just the two of us. We built this as a collective, a modern meitheal, because community is at the heart of who we are and how we work. By pulling from our incredibly talented network of trusted creatives, tastemakers, and creators, we ensure that every brand we partner with gets the absolute best minds in the room, a curated team designed specifically to help your business thrive.
About RAYN
Meet the
Collective
Co-FounderThe eldest sister, and the one you come to for clear-eyed strategy and an honest answer.
Hannah
Hannah's background ranges from influencer marketing, business development and social strategy. She brings a commercially sharp yet deeply human approach to growing brands and online communities. Her first love in social is YouTube and long-form content, driven by an appreciation for slow, deliberate storytelling that builds genuine community rather than a few viral moments.
Offline, she's the person her friends text for hotel or restaurant recommendations before they book anywhere and the same instincts that make her particular about a menu make her particular about a brand.
Hannah's your go-to for: influencer and brand partnerships · community building · events and experiential · brand positioning ·
Rachael spent a decade in New York City shaping global strategy and researching audience behaviour, before swapping a brown-stone in Brooklyn for a cottage in Connemara, which she claims is a smaller adjustment than it sounds. She reads culture for a living: what moves people, what turns a moment into a movement, and where a brand can genuinely belong within it. Much like her fast-paced background, her grá in the social space is TikTok and the dynamic, hyper-creative world of short-form content.
Offline, you'll find her at a gallery opening or volunteering at the Galway International Arts Festival, where she's usually watching the audience as closely as the art.
Rachael's your go-to for: audience and cultural research · TikTok and short-form strategy · brand positioning · content strategy ·
Co-FounderThe younger sister, and the one with a finger on the pulse of what's coming next.

Our Services
-
This is where most people start, we go through your channels, your content and your insights properly, then tell you what's working, what isn't, and what we'd do differently. As only a sister can. You get a written audit and a session to talk through it together. There's no obligation to do anything else with it, though most people do.
(If you move on to a Strategy or Partnership within 90 days, we'll deduct the audit fee)
Includes: social audit · a read on your industry · a prioritised list of fixes · one working session
Best for: anyone who suspects their social could be working harder but can't quite put their finger on why or has no idea where to start. -
Where we dig deep, we go properly underneath the surface. Customer and cultural research, a hard look at your industry and then all of the decisions that come out of it: positioning, tone of voice, content pillars, and the numbers actually worth measuring. You end up with a clear strategy you could hand to anyone and they'd know exactly what to do with it.
Includes: customer and cultural research · brand positioning · tone of voice and visual alignment · content pillars · KPIs · the roadmap
Best for: brands at a turning point, launching, repositioning, or growing faster than the plan. -
The ongoing one, the one where you’ll be sick of looking at us. We become an extension of your team, taking on as much or as little of the day-to-day as suits you, planning, creating, posting, community management, paid and report on all of it monthly, measured against real yield. Every partnership is scoped around what you actually need, which is why no two partnerships look the same.
Includes: social media management and content · community management · influencer and brand partnerships · paid social · events and experiential · creative production through the collective · monthly reporting
Best for: teams who need social media done properly and consistently, without hiring for it.Tell us what you're trying to grow and we'll tell you where to start.
